The cold and flu season is just around the corner. As the summer humidity drops and more people are stuck indoors germs are building up ready for to attack. The dryer winter air helps germs move more freely thereby making it risky to be in a room full of people.

If you have your minerals and nutrients balanced then your immune system is prepared for the germs that will be invading it shortly. That balance makes it less likely those germs can invade your body!

Detox with a delightful juice drink.
½ cup wheatgrass or fresh parsley
(wheatgrass is a sweeter taste.)
3 carrots
2 apples
2 stalks celery
½ beet with top

Remove apple seeds if not using Vita Mixer. Wash ingredients and cut into small pieces for juicer. If using a juicer bunch up wheatgrass or parsley and push trough the juicer with the aid f a carrot.
