Use the weight-for-height chart below to see if you are overweight. Know your height, and then check your weight and the range you come under on the char. If you weight is in the small frame than it is ideal, the medium frame warns you not to go above this and regular exercise is required to maintain this or reduce to small level, while the large frame is the dangerous and you have to work hard to reduce your weight or you are risking your life.
