| A fast should end slowly
with a glass of lemon juice or water. Do not end it with
soda, soft drinks or heavy meals. It create problems if
you return to food and activity just immediately after
the end of a fast as the digestive tract will not be ready
to absorb the solid food, and may cause abdominal cramps,
nausea and vomiting. After the juice or water, eat some
salad or drink some soup. Take time to have a large meal.
You may come across few symptoms while fasting - You
will feel hungry and as time passes by a slight headache
or irritability is found by the end of the day, usually
around late afternoon or dinnertime, but this depends
on the individual and the state of toxicity. You don't
have to worry about these, but if you are feeling weak
and dizzy, immediate stop fasting and drink a glass
of water of lemon juice.
