Introduction:
Meditation is basically a method for working on the mind that helps one to gain self-confidence, compassion making you healthier, happier, and more rested. One can identify their different positive and negative mental states, and apply methods for eliminating negative states and cultivating positive ones.

Meditation is helpful and anyone can learn basic meditation to experience the benefits. It has been a vital part of self-transformation and holistic health. It helps us gain control over our impulses and gain freedom from doubts, fears and anxieties. When you suffer from unhelpful thoughts and memories that continually ruin your day, meditation gently guides you back onto a path of happiness and healing.

Buddhist practiced meditation widely in Eastern and Central Asia. Buddhism is a non-evangelical religion and they respect all people and are happy to help anyone regardless of any faith. They practiced meditation for the cultivation of wisdom, compassion and understanding reality.
