Why Meditation?
 

Meditation is a most necessary part of our lives. Meditation is not just for yoga masters sitting cross-legged. It is a flexible approach for everybody and people of any age can meditate to enrich your life to have the ability --coping with stress, anxiety, many medical conditions and the day-to-day "static" that robs us of inner self in this very stressful world. In meditation one should have a mind that is always with a positive attitude as it is necessary to tame your body, your physical actions, speech and mind to deal with life properly.

Every individual go through hopeless situations of making mistakes and feel you're not really wholesome or fulfilled, and blame it on Fate. Fate or Karma is no excuse if we try to improve by being wiser, calmer and more stable.

One should take atleast thirty minutes to meditate. Beginners can start with 15 min. It should be done both in the morning and in the evening or when ever suitable for you. Then examine whether you have been successful and have been able to transform all your activities into practice, which helps you to make progress. You have to keep trying as it may not be easy but the benefit will outweigh all the time and effort you put and you will gradually find that you are becoming a better human being and that you can deal better with situations.
