relax" is something, where your spirit goes up
and your body relax much more than the common state
but not like common relaxing like sleeping to relax
your body and spirit. The key lies in the interaction
of mind and body. Indeed, people who do Taichi regularly
say that it improves their sense of well being. . It
relaxes your muscles and joints while strengthening
your body from the inside. Through movements and meditation,
Taichi ensures you robust physical health and peace
of mind.
Similar to aerobic exercise, Taichi benefits the entire
body, increasing muscle strength and enhancing balance
and flexibility. People who practice Taichi are also
said to exploit the strength of yin (the earth) and
the energy of yang (the heavens) through exercises designed
to express these forces in balanced and harmonious form.
When you start practicing Taichi, one could be perspiring,
but your breathing will be deep and slow and your pulse
rate remains normal and at the end one feels more energetic.
The continuous flowing movements of Taichi are based
on the principle that running water never stagnates
