Grinders, mixers and any such heavier gadgets must be kept alongside the South, West, and Southwest walls as per convenience in their rooms.

Refrigerators, iron-box, shoe-rack, tables, sofa-sets, etc; must be placed in South and West rooms along the South and West walls. Never fix TV antenna in Northeast.

It is better to place unused cots, chairs and other things, in the Southern or Western walls.

An aquarium with 9 gold fish and one black fish, in the Northeast corner/portion of the house, office or factory is very good.
According to the rules of Vastu-Shastra we have to keep the Southwest portion higher. Therefore the mezzanine floor should be constructed in, South or West.
Servant Quarters should be in the Northwest corner but load on the North and East walls should be kept at a minimum. This will keep the servants also happy.

Cashier should sit in North. Cash and important documents should be placed here that open towards north or east.

Computers should be in the Southeast, East and North areas.

Cupboards should be in the Southwest corner of the room facing East or North.

Telephone, side tables should be in Southwest corner.

Place a picture of your deity in the Northeast area facing North or East .

Conference room should be in the Northeast as it is not frequently used, but never have anything heavy in this room.

Files to be in the Northwest corner cupboard are Pending bills (receivable) Litigation /Staff &Workers/ Credit purchase/Import & Export/ Finished goods /Shares you want to sell and Sales files.

Files to be kept in the Southwest area or cupboard are Purchase file, Raw materials, Income tax, Sales and excise tax, Stores, Cash purchase, Estate and Personal files.

Pantry and toilets should be in Southeast or Northwest.

If there are roads on the North, the West and the South sides, people living in such places are happy and prosperous but they are not generous.

If there are roads on the 2 sides North and the West sides of a plot, persons living in them find an increase in their wealth. However, money may be blocked at unnecessary places

If there are roads on the North and the East sides of a plot people living in them are well known. They get opportunities for new business and are prosperous.

Plots with roads on the East and the West sides give prosperity to the people living there, though they may be some sad and trouble some periods they do not last long. Happiness will come back to them.

If parallel roads on all sides of the plot are found it is a auspicious plot. Persons living in such plots enjoy progress, wealth, health and prosperity. If such place is on the Northeast side of the layout plan then tremendous increases in wealth, commerce and knowledge is expected. If such place is in the Southeast corner, hotels and electric equipment factories would flourish.

If the roads on the East and the North sides are having downward slope towards the Northeast corner and upwards slope towards the Southeast, the Southwest and Northwest sides such plots are very auspicious.

If the South and the West side roads have downward slope in the Southeast and the Northwest direction, business flourishes in such plots.

If there are roads on the East, the West and the North side then the progress is very rapid. Business will flourish for men. If there are roads on the East, the North, and the South then the life is happy and the business always flourishes.

Plots having roads on the South and the West sides and the slope towards the Southwest direction are peculiar. There is rapid progress in business but the business comes to a standstill position after ten to twenty years.

If there are roads on the East and the South side of a plot, the person living here spends his life in happiness and enjoyment. Such people spend a lot of money on entertainment.

Plots with road on the East side is very auspicious, one gets fame and prosperity in such plots.

Plots with road on the Northside are auspicious. Business prospers and the wealth increases.

People living on plots with roads on the North and the South sides lead a prosperous life. However, instead of happiness, they have clashes, jealousy and enmity.

If the roads around the plot are parallel to the building, they are useful. However, if the roads are zigzag one has to face unwanted troubles and difficulties.

Some plots have the North and the South pole in the corners. This means that the principal directions are in the corner. People living on such plots find that success always slips out of their hands at the last minute. Some ambitious people, however, prosper more than their expectations.
